WHAT THE!!!!

Thanks to all the nice peopely people that send an answer to other people. But there is one problem. I'm an older people like many others who have come to me with this problem.  were not all graduates from the university of advanced sciences of computer technology. When you give an answer to a problem please give some sort of instruction of how to get to the answer....NOT.. You'll find it in,.. eg....BLOBBLOB?? The Person receiving this goes and where the bloody hell is that and how do I get to it. TRY..GO to tools then options etc etc. Thank you all very muchly.  Did anybody listen probably not ??
